Kenzie Donovan, a food and nutrition worker at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital’s Ground Central Cafe, has been named the hospital’s March Colleague of the Month.
Donovan has worked at the hospital for three years.
Her colleagues say she is well-regarded by anyone who interacts with her and helps encourage anyone with whom she interacts.
“Kenzie is truly the heart of Ground Central Café,” her nominator said. “Not just by preparing drinks with care and efficiency, but by creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks up. She remembers the names and orders of regulars and often starts on their order before they even ask. Her impact may seem small in task, but it’s huge in spirit.”
