WellBiz Brands, a global franchisor of beauty and wellness concepts, announced that it signed 56 franchise agreements during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting continued momentum across its multi-brand platform.

The agreements include 26 transfers, 17 new unit franchise deals, and 13 renewals, spanning both new and existing franchisees. The company continues to see strong interest in both single-brand and multi-brand ownership opportunities across its portfolio, which includes Drybar, Elements Massage, Fitness Together, Amazing Lash Studio, and Radiant Waxing.

The company expanded its footprint across key U.S. markets such as San Diego, Seattle, Florida, New Jersey, and Minnesota, while also continuing international growth. In total, WellBiz Brands now operates more than 750 locations worldwide.

The growth comes amid rising consumer demand for personalized, service-based wellness experiences. In addition to franchise expansion, the company highlighted recent industry recognition, including Drybar’s placement on Entrepreneur’s 2026 Franchise 500 list and category leadership recognition in the Franchise Times Zor Awards.

WellBiz Brands also completed its acquisition by Transom Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. The transaction is expected to support accelerated unit development and continued expansion across the company’s portfolio while maintaining its current leadership team.

The company said it remains focused on operational excellence, franchisee support, and evolving alongside consumer expectations in the wellness sector as it moves through 2026.
