INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Michelle Sigg, co-owner of Aesthetics Lounge & Spa in Indianapolis and Carmel, joined host Colton Howard to highlight whole-body wellness options.

Aesthetics Lounge & Spa promotes an approach that combines medical treatments with restorative practices, focusing on supporting the body from the inside out. Services are designed to reduce inflammation, restore confidence, and help clients align their appearance with their lifestyle.
The Thinnr Medical Weight Loss program provides a structured protocol to improve metabolic efficiency, regulate appetite, and support sustainable fat loss. It also aims to reduce inflammation, stabilize energy levels, and promote overall balance.
Neurofeedback, aromatherapy, and mood glasses are designed to support the nervous system. Neurofeedback uses visual and auditory cues to train the central nervous system for improved flexibility and focus. Aromatherapy uses scent to influence mood, while mood glasses alter visual perception to affect emotional state.
SkinPen microneedling stimulates collagen production through controlled micro-injury, improving skin texture, tone, and acne scarring with minimal downtime. Xeomin, a purified neuromodulator, reduces the appearance of expression lines while maintaining natural movement.
Some services and products are available to out-of-town clients. The Thinnr program can be shipped, while aromatherapy products and mood glasses are available for delivery. Neurofeedback units can be rented or purchased, and breathing exercises are available online.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. The code “ColtonRocks!” provides 10% off one service, including Xeomin and SkinPen. A package of 10 neurofeedback sessions is discounted by $200, reducing the cost to $65 per session from $85. Clients can also receive $200 off a Thinnr program package and enter a contest to win reimbursement for the program. Clients younger than 18 must have parental consent.
To qualify for the Thinnr program contest, purchases must be completed by May 1. All discounted services must be scheduled by May 30.
