Early risers can take advantage of 6:00 a.m. sessions offered multiple days throughout the week, including Strength/HIIT, Mind & Body, and hybrid classes led by instructors like Michelle.
Morning programming continues with popular options such as Yoga/Pilates, HIIT, Step, Barre Fusion, and Zumba, ensuring a steady flow of energy-packed workouts through mid-morning.
Midday classes focus on accessibility and recovery, including offerings like Yin Yoga, SilverSneakers, and Basic Yoga. These sessions cater especially to seniors and those seeking lower-impact exercise while still maintaining consistency in their fitness routines.

Afternoon and evening classes ramp back up with higher-intensity options. Members can participate in HIIT, Spin, Muscle Fit, Kickboxing, and Total Body Strength sessions from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
