TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Stormont Vail Health hosted the 2026 Women’s Wellness Summit on Friday, April 10 at the Pozez Education Center Auditorium at Stormont Vail Hospital.
The event aimed to empower women 18 and older with practical, evidence-based tools to support their health and well-being across every stage of life.
The Women’s Wellness Summit was tailored for women navigating early adulthood, parenthood, midlife transitions, and caring for aging loved ones.
“Women are usually the caregivers for their families so there is a lot of stress put on them, so this event is really to give them time to focus on themselves that way they have the tools to help themselves and their families,” said Julia Wiebler, Primary Care Director of Stormont Vail Health. “When you can take care of yourself, you can better take care of other people.”
The summit equipped women with the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to thrive.
