POWDERED DALCHINI 20 gm, SUNTHI (GINGER POWDER) 20 gm,KALE MIRE (PEPPER POWDER) TAKE 10 gms make and while preparing khadha for 1 person take 3 gm of this powder , water 150 ml, boil for 20 mins till we get 100 ml of kadha , it should be consumed empty stomach in morning.
