Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced the return of its Walk for Wellness initiative for UK and Ireland agents for 2026, marking its third year and a moment for the travel industry to come together to support wellbeing and charitable causes.
This year’s campaign invites the travel community to take part in a virtual European expedition, tracking collective steps across a digital map inspired by NCL’s most popular ports, with participants unlocking destination-themed milestones along the way.
As part of its continued commitment to supporting industry colleagues, NCL will donate £10,000 to ABTA LifeLine and €5,000 to the ITAA Benevolent Fund, helping provide vital assistance to those in need across the sector.
These contributions offer essential aid to industry colleagues navigating financial or personal challenges, proving that the travel sector remains strongest when moving together.

By shifting our virtual route to Europe, we are celebrating the destinations our agents know and love while prioritising their physical and mental health. The funds raised for ABTA LifeLine and the ITAA Benevolent Fund make a tangible difference to people in our community, and we cannot wait to see the trade come together once again to reach that 100,000 mile goal.”
The challenge begins on 1st May 2026 and continues until the end of the month. To participate, agents simply register by 30th April via the wellbeing+ app, which automatically captures and adds their steps to the group scoreboard.
To boost engagement, NCL is running four weekly mini challenges with a premium selection of prizes. The first 100 people to sign up will also secure an exclusive Walk for Wellness 2026 cap. Prizes available to win throughout May include:
