Vyta Health, an importer and distributor of vitamin and supplement brands, has acquired Bodystore, a Netherlands-based sports nutrition and supplements retailer with a 24-year track record online.
This is Driffield-based Vyta Health’s third acquisition in eight years. It marks a significant step in supporting the company’s growth ambitions of reaching £50m in revenue in the next three years.
It already retails across the EU, including Germany, Italy, Spain and France from its distribution hub in Heerlen, Netherlands.
Bodystore was founded in 2002. Its customers have been told to expect continuity in service, alongside access to an expanded range of products and enhanced operational support as the business integrates with Vyta Health.
This represents Vyta Health’s second European acquisition. Will Brennand, CEO of Vyta Health, said: “We’re genuinely excited to welcome Bodystore into the group.
