A local organization is putting on an annual event next week.
United Way of Southeast Idaho, through their Women United Affinity Group are hosting their 6th annual ‘Beauty and the Brunch’ event.
Shantay Bloxham, the CEO of United Way of Southeast Idaho, says it’s a developmental workshop to give back to the Women United membership.
They will be talking about and sharing wisdom across generations.
There will be brunch, mimosas and mocktails.
The event is Saturday April 25 from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
It will be at the Bannock Youth Foundation Community Resource Center in Pocatello.
It’s $25.00 dollars per ticket and can be purchased at unitedwaysei.org
“So really just leaning into the strong, powerful, smart, incredible women who live and reside right here in our community and how we can garner wisdom across those generations and you know learn from the people who came before us and help spread wisdom to the people who come behind us,” says Shantay Bloxham, CEO, United Way of Southeast Idaho.
