SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Memorial Health dietitian shared the benefits of vitamin C while making a strawberry and yogurt bark packed with the vitamin.

Dietitian Meghann Buchanan says vitamin C boosts your immune system, helps you produce more collagen for strong bones and skin health, boost antioxidant protection and enhances iron absorption.

Buchanan also showed Morning Break how to make a strawberry and yogurt bark with chocolate chips. She explained that this snack is a good options for sweet cravings.
