Catoosa Family Collaborative invites the community to its upcoming Community Wellness Fair, a free, family-friendly event focused on promoting health, wellness and connection for every body and every age. The event will take place on Thursday, April 30 from 3-6 p.m. at the Catoosa County Health Department, 145 Catoosa Circle in Ringgold. 

The Community Wellness Fair will bring together local organizations, health professionals and community partners to provide valuable resources and interactive experiences for attendees of all ages.

Participants can explore a variety of topics including physical health, mental wellness, substance use prevention, parenting support and more. 

Highlights of the event include: 

– Free health screenings and wellness checks; 

– Interactive booths and hands-on activities;

– Giveaways and community resources; and 

– Opportunities to connect with local service providers. 

“Our goal is to create a space where individuals and families feel supported, informed and empowered to make healthy choices,” said Jacy Nipper, Catoosa Collaborative coordinator. “This event is about strengthening our community through connection and access to wellness resources.” 

The event is open to the public at no cost. 

“We do ask if you are taking advantage of immunizations to call ahead at 706-406-2000,” officials said. “Community members, families and individuals are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the wide range of services and information available.”
