THE DETAILS Former Chief Marketing Officer Marchisotto will now oversee the expansion of E.l.f.’s portfolio, including E.l.f. Cosmetics, E.l.f. Skin, Keys Soulcare and Well People, across categories and global markets. She remains part of the executive leadership team and is credited as a key driver behind the company’s rapid growth and cultural marketing success. Alongside her promotion, Oshiya Savur has been named Chief Marketing Officer, bringing experience from Maesa, Charlotte Tilbury and Unilever, while Ekta Chopra steps into the newly created role of Chief Technology and AI Officer, reflecting the company’s increased focus on AI-driven growth. The leadership changes come as E.l.f. continues strong financial momentum, with upgraded forecasts and projected net sales of up to US$1.61 billion.
