Sure, some will say 12 weeks isn’t long enough to draw conclusions, but keep in mind that this entire panic comes from one 2009 study that didn’t directly measure hair loss.
It only measured DHT in 20 subjects and has never been replicated.
There was a rise in DHT, but that was following a 25 gram loading phase, and levels began decreasing once they switched to the maintenance dose.
Meanwhile, we’ve had 30 years of creatine use by millions of people without any clear pattern of increased hair loss showing up.
If creatine was actually causing significant hair loss, we’d probably have more evidence by now than one small unreplicated study from 15 years ago.
