This week, we’d like to recognize Bill Kielhorn, technical support analyst – Purdue IT End User Experience. A staff member shared, “I’m really appreciative that we have such a strong IT team here at PVM. In particular, Bill provided outstanding support during our transition to updated office computers — a complex process that required coordination across campus and multiple departments.” Thank you, Bill, and to our entire PVM-IT team for being an essential part of our work-life support.
