To give you a glimpse of our team’s April buys, senior editor Julie Ricevuto recently stopped by Studio 1A with some of those trending picks. “There are were over 9.6 million searches for fiber on Google in the last month, so it’s everywhere right now,” says Ricevuto. “Experts call it a super nutrient because it’s great for digestion [and] can help with weight management.”
However, not every gets their daily amount of fiber. According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 22 to 28 grams of fiber is the sweet spot. If you’ve been struggling to reach the recommended amount, fiber bars, like the pick above, help reach that goal.
