ST. LOUIS — One of the region’s most anticipated corporate wellness and networking events is right around the corner. The 2026 Biz Dash 5K, produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, will bring together thousands of employees from companies across the area for an evening of fitness, camaraderie, and community celebration.
Set for Thursday, May 7, the event will take place at Energizer Park, with activities centered in Lou Fusz Plaza. Organizers describe the Biz Dash as more than just a race—it’s a Thursday night happy hour experience wrapped around a 5K run/walk, designed to promote healthy lifestyles while strengthening workplace connections.
The Spectrum Team Village opens at 5 p.m., giving teams time to gather, socialize, and show off their company spirit before the race begins at 7 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to act quickly: registration closes at noon on Wednesday, April 29. Organizers emphasize that forming a team is simple, and companies of all sizes are welcome to join.
The 5K route will once again wind through the heart of downtown St. Louis, passing some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, including Citygarden, Busch Stadium, Soldiers Memorial, and Union Station. Each participant receives the event’s signature soft-style Biz Dash T-shirt, a popular keepsake often worn long after race day. Companies can also tap into their creative side by participating in the event’s T-shirt contest, designing custom gear to stand out among the crowd.
