THE WHAT? THG has reported its strongest first-quarter revenue growth since 2021, driven by its beauty and nutrition divisions.
THE DETAILS The British e-commerce group posted a 7% increase in revenue to £393.1 million for the quarter ended March 31. Growth was supported by performance across THG Beauty, including Lookfantastic and Cult Beauty, and its Myprotein nutrition business. Shares rose nearly 10% following the results. The company reiterated its full-year cash flow guidance of £25 million to £50 million and noted limited exposure to Middle East disruptions, which account for less than 1.5% of total revenue. CEO Matthew Moulding said the company is entering the next quarter with confidence.
THE WHY? The results reflect continued momentum in THG’s core categories and signal improving investor confidence as the company focuses on profitability and growth in key segments.
