If you could build massive resistance to viral infection, would you do it? If it was free, and could be done anywhere and there were no side effects, would you do what it takes to stay healthy?
Getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night, strengthens the immune system.
About 30 to 40% of us, get less than 7 hours of sleep per night. This puts us at high-risk for infection.
Sleep as if your life depends upon it! Reduce stimulants, particularly coffee. You might decide to have only one cup of coffee before noon. Also reduce tea consumption, as it can irritate the nervous system.
Turn off the television and computer, and get to bed on time!
Make sure you get to bed early, so you don’t have to rely on an alarm clock to awaken you.
