In this episode, you will see how life is because of (NCOV) COVID19 Outbreak in the Philippines. Especially when you live alone.
This day, I felt sick but I had to take care of myself because I live alone. I also chose to stay at home so I don’t get other people infected, in case I have the virus. I did not travel outside the Philippines but prior to the outbreak, I went out a couple of times for grocery and some mall shopping. My immune system is quite strong and I rarely get sick nor have I been confined at a hospital, ever. Hopefully,, having strong immunity and distancing myself from other people are enough to help contain it. Hopefully, it’s just a mild sore throat and nothing serious.
WHO NEEDS TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL?
If you feel mild symptoms but have never traveled out of the country or wasn’t exposed to any confirmed cases of covid19, DOH says staying at home for quarantine is enough.
BUT if you recently traveled, especially to countries with confirmed cases or if you’ve been exposed or was around people with confirmed covid19, then you need to go to the hospital.
THIS IS NOT A CLICKBAIT VLOG. Unless you didn’t watch until the middle part of the video where I mentioned I woke up feeling sick with fever, headache, stomachache and sore throat. 🙂
STAY CALM, STRENGTHEN IMMUNE SYSTEM, SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY and PRAY. 🙂
