Question from a viewer:
I have heard people pushing back on staying at home because they worry it will weaken their immune system. They say isolating ourselves might cause a spike in other types of infections when things open back up, because of weakened immune systems from not being out and about. Is there any scientific reason to believe that could be true? And could hand sanitizers be killing off “good” bacteria that helps protect us from the bad?
