COVID 19 is a respiratory illness, so breathing is important. We have forgotten how to breathe. Take a deep breath in & exhale as slowly as possible. Set an alarm to remind yourself to breathe deep

6. Do not get into bed: The Virus needs you to lie down on your back & allow it to do its job. Do not lie down. Don’t even think about getting into bed. For those few days, rest of a chair, sleep on a chair if you need to
7. Increase your intake of Vitamin C & D: Vitamin D builds immune system. Vitamin C will help you heal faster. Smokers, please already double your intake of Vitamin C
8. Breathing is important. Covid19 attacks your respiratory system. It is important for you to breathe deeply. It will be very difficult to breathe. But breathe in deeply & exhale slowly.
