Swisse Health & Wellness is the #1 vitamin and supplement company in Australia. When entering the US market the company tapped Mirrorball to create cultural relevance, badge value, and massive brand awareness to establish Swisse in the rapidly evolving landscape of American wellness.  The primary business goal was to build a scalable and sustainable business consumer acquisition model.

  THE APPROACH.
Through a comprehensive partnership with the leading yoga event series, Wanderlust, Mirrorball created “Swissetopia” a 360 marketing campaign anchored by a touring brand environment that introduced Swisse to the US market, generated social content, and built a database for direct-to-consumer sales. The activation included a meditation dome, massage deck, an herbal wall representing the sources of Swisse nutrition, and a set of “feeling fountains” where guests could pick through stones engraved with over 100 positive feelings. Mirrorball supported the IRL brand environment with a wide-reaching social media campaign that featured Swisse global ambassador, Nicole Kidman.

  THE RESULTS.
Mirrorball was able to weave a cover to cover narrative that told Swisse’s Premium, Proven, and Aspirational brand story to foster meaningful long-term relationships with consumers that have value beyond transaction. The program drove brand awareness, generated consumer data, increased social media followers, and drove consumers directly to Swisse presence on Amazon and other online retailers.
