This pandemic confronted medicine with phenomena which it failed to explain and handle. Such inadequacies convinced me to propose an alternative theory named Baltimore theory of virus and cell. It is based on the Baltimore classification, developed by David Baltimore
There are only seven virus classes
These seven classes form a compact group .

Provirus is a set of cell genes
Virus is born in a cell (lysis}
Virus dies when infecting a cell
Viral tropism: Virus infects cells of the kind in which it was born
Virus is a message carrying Self
Provirus stores the Self and blocks non-Self
Virus is a message sent only to its cell family.
A gene subset of provirus stores family Self
Provirus stores the Self and destroys non-Self
This provirus function is innate immunity
