Garmi ke mausam me thanda pani na piye balki sadha room temperature wala pani piye kyonki thanda pani pachane me body ki jyada energy kharch hoti hai sath hi khasi, jukam hone ki sambhavna hoti hai.

Vitamin D ki kamtarta na ho isliye suryaprakash me baithe jo immune system ke liye kafi labhdayak hai. Santulit ahar lete hue body ki baki vitamins aur nutrients ki jarurat puri kare.

Alcohol, tobacco aur cigarette jaisi cheejo ka sevan kam kare ya ho sake to band kar de jo aapke immune system ko weak kar sakta hai.
