Egg Plant – 1/2
Tomato – 1
Onion – 2
Chilli Powder – 2 spoon
Garam Masala-1 spoon
Curry Leaves – 10-15 leaves
Mustard seeds – 1 spoon
Sunflower Oil- 3 spoon
Olive Oil – 2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1/2 spoon
Garlic Powder- 1 spoon
