D Minder App- Vitamin D reminder

Vitamin D app that will tell you how much vitamin D you are making per minute based on your skin type and latitude that you live at.

Vitamin D where I live goes into a Vitamin D winter where we don’t have any Vitamin D (UVB rays) from Novemeber 20- January 20th.

I made this video last October 2018. Vitamin D needs to be sulfated in order to work in the body. So you must get sunshine. Sunshine is the only thing that sulfates Vitamin D. You can still use supplement form but if you are not getting outside it is a complete waste. You will not see any changes in D levels.
