coronavirus se is time sara sansaar lad raha hai, ab tak iski koi bhi specific medicine ya vaccine, market mein nahi aayi hai. doctors ka kehna hai k aapki immunity strong hai toh aapka coronavirus kuchh nahi bigaad sakta. hum aapke liye lekar aaye hain, kuchh yog aasan, jinko karke aap apni immunity ko badha sakte hain, or sath mein hi is lockdown ke samay mein apni health or concentration ko ek level upar lekar ja sakte hain!
the whole world is now suffering from coronavirus, till now there is no specific medicine or vaccine in the market. doctors have said that if you have strong immunity, then coronavirus can not even touch you. we have come up with some yoga asanas, which will help you increase your immunity and as well as use this lockdown time to level up your health and concentration.
