The Wisdom For Health Show was birthed in response to the fear and uncertainties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. We seek to sow hope and positivity by educating our publics about simple and affordable ways of overcoming some of the challenges.
We educate our viewers on how to live a healthy lifestyle in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. We’ll take a wholistic approach, looking at health in a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual manner.
