Dianne Graci leads you through some hip organization. The ‘Spider Stretch’ is best done on the Reformer, but here is a version that takes it to the mat. It encourages length BOTH down the leg and up towards the hip joint as well. In order to really reach away, we must have somewhere to anchor to. So, come down to the mat and get ready to “plug–in” … to your hip joint for a change.
