There’s always a disclaimer at the bottom of these descriptions, but I want to make it clear that I am NOT a doctor nor scientist, and this video is NOT direct health or medical advice, but rather, is a culmination of a ton of research because frankly, I’m quite uneasy about COVID-19.
In this video, I talk about some facts that we know about Coronavirus, why if you’re already doing the ketogenic diet, you may want to escalate to keto plus OMAD, not just for health benefits, but more important, for improved social distancing, and my exact actionable steps that I’m implementing right now specifically doing clean and healthy keto, combined with OMAD, while being vigilant about hygiene and our individual responsibilities when it comes to social distancing. In short, Keto and OMAD is helping me optimize and strengthen my immune system, enabling me to stay home more, and enhancing the benefits of autophagy.
If you’d like to help me stay accountable, feel free to follow my instagram where I am currently in the middle of a 30-Day Challenge where I have to post, to my stories/highlights, my daily ketogenic OMAD (one-meal-a-day) as well as a clip of me building a habit of daily exercise.

If you want to know how to lose weight fast, or more importantly, how to lose fat fast, I welcome you to check out the rest of this series of videos on combining the ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting.
I feel so fortunate to have discovered this way of eating, and think it’s something worth considering for yourself if you’re like me: someone who neglected their health, gained a ton of fat, and got to the point of pre-diabetes.
