Vit D plays a role in Strengthening Immunity, so it is prudent all of us, understand this, and adequate knowledge with its deficiency symptomatology, ideally it is needed to check the blood levels of Vit D, but in the present times of lockdown and restricted movements, in forthcoming days, it is need of the hour, to strengthen one’s immunity one can assume there is Vit D is deficient and take it at least for 6 weeks, once a week. Normal levels needed are 30-50 and more then 100 can result in toxicity. So do not exceed or at least take intermittently and don’t take endlessly unless prescribed to do so. Body has mechanism to store for one year. So taking it for 6-8 weeks in a year is enough for at least one year.
