In this video i will be about talking about can we do workouts during periods.
There are many Physical & Mental Healthy Benefits while working out on periods.
Working out will release in Endorphin named hormone which makes you feel happy and it is natural stress buster.
Working will increase the blood circulation and it helps in overcoming the pain due to cramps and increasing the endurance.
Bloating due to excess water can also be released in the form on sweat due to workout.
Note:- Please don’t push and hurt yourself , if it is not possible to workout. Take rest Happily.
Walking is the best workout during periods.
And even you can do strength training with lite weights .
And coming to nutrition during periods , try to include iron rich & Vitamin “C” foods in your diet.
