Not only that, but scientists have also found that low vitamin D is linked to diabetes, depression, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune diseases, asthma, etc. Whether or not increasing the dose of vitamin D can reduce the risk of these diseases is yet to be confirmed, yet there are certainly all pros and no cons to keep your vitamin D levels at checked!
