Not sure how true this is. It’s been said that to combat COVID-19, it’s good to increase your immunity. I have also heard that intake of Vitamin C is good to boost immunity.
Sarbath is one of the recipes which I have got from my mom and it has two main ingredients which are natural and good, which is Lime and Ginger. One ingredient is not that great and that is granulated sugar. This can be replaced with honey to some extent. However, I have used sugar in the video.
If you would like to reduce weight, it’s said that this combination is good (no idea though.. :)).
The leftover lime can be converted to a pickle so that you don’t waste anything in the whole process.
