Today was a random full day on prep and a leg workout which was supposed to have been uploaded before the Q&A, hence the intro lol ignore that. Super random but maybe you’ll enjoy :’)

Workout:
-Warm up (band work and foam roll)
-4 rounds: Smith machine hip thrusts x10 superset with banded abductions x 20
-4 rounds: split squats x 10 each leg
-4 rounds: Dumbbell RDLs x10
-3 rounds: Banded good mornings with weight x15
-3 rounds: kickbacks x15
-3 rounds: hyperextensions to failure
-2-3 rounds: ham curls superset with quad extensions x10
