I am embarking on 30 days of wellness starting today, May 27, 2020. My wellness journey will include omitting certain things and adding others. Please forgive me during this video I was hot, fat, out of shape, using incorrect grammar and panting like a dog. Hence the need for wellness.

Water (at least a half gallon per day)
Walking or riding a bike 3 miles per day

Nutriburst vitamin supplement
