Our human bodies as we speak are far superior than any super computer known.

Working algorithms round the clock every single day of your life to keep you alive.

We are carbon based life forms, thrive on complex molecular interactions and our survival totally depends on how efficiently these electrochemical interactions work.

We have flaws built into our system . Which we cannot eliminate but we can certainly reduce the expressions of these flaws.

The highest efficiency of our health is unfortunately short-lived about 15-35yrs and then the efficiency gradually drops. Rapidly if you don’t workout or eat a lot of shitty stuff.

That’s where you’re gonna need some intervention.

Which gets us to Vitamins,

In particular Coenzyme Q which is “naturally” produced in our humanbodies.

Coenzyme Q is a workhorse to move stuff around to do when your body needs to. It takes out some of those harmful free radicals out of your system as well.

Co-Q, is required to naturally manufacture it’s own vitamin E and C.

But depends heavily on Co-Q for it’s production

And co Q is dependant on vitamin B12 for it’s production.

You see how this can all lead to multiple problems.

The heart, muscles, the kidneys are known to get affected with vitamin deficiencies.

“Research” has proven that supplementation of Co-Q can improve generalized lethargy if you have deficiencies related to vitamins I mentioned earlier.

My Opinion: Claims of Co-Q healing high blood pressure or heart diseases or muscular dystrophies may not be true so let’s not expect Co-Q to do that.

It’s just a vitamin for God’s Sake!

Recommendation —

Co Enzyme Q, 60mg once daily for 20days can bring about a noticeable difference in energy levels.

Disclaimer : Not recommended for children, pregnant women, and those who are breast feeding.
