Cause: A weakened Immune System on top of exposure to the latest strain of the Corona Virus
Recommendation: Help the body to help and heal itself by simply giving the body the nutrition it needs: 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, 2 essential fatty acids and plenty of sunshine. N.B The best time for sun exposure for vitamin D is between the hours of 11 am – 2pm
