There are a ton of ingredients in skincare, and a whole bunch of awesome ones are acids. Inconveniently, they all do different things, so it can get a bit confusing!

In this video I talk about my favourite acids in skincare, the science behind what they do, and how to use them in your routine. There are hydroxy acids (AHAs and BHA), vitamins, and a couple of less familiar acids too!

This video is for if you have an established skincare routine, and you’re looking to add more actives. If you’re just starting out, I recommend checking out my free exfoliation guide first:

CORRECTION: P50 actually contains lactic, not glycolic!
