In this video, I tried to show the recipes of a simple and healthy breakfast for bodybuilding which is very easy to prepare and will be very tasty. If you will take this in the morning then it will be more beneficial for you.
In recipes I have used the followings:
1. Chana (puffed): Protein, Carbohydrate, Fats, Fiber, Calcium, Iron, Vitamins.
2. Mung Dal: Protein, Fibre, Antioxidants, Vitamins, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Copper, Zinc etc.
3. Cucumber: Fiber, Water, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Vitamins, etc.
4. Tomato: Antioxidant Lycopene, Vitamin, Potassium, folate, magnesium, chromium, choline, zinc etc.
5. Onion: Fiber, Folic acid, Calcium, Iron etc
6. Beetroot: Fiber, Folate (vitamin B9), Manganese, Potassium, Iron, and Vitamin C
7. Lemon: Vitamins, Minerals, Phytonutrients and Antioxidants
8. Rosted Moongfali: Vitamins niacin, Folate, Pantothenic acid, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Choline, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Manganese and Selenium.
