Whats up my Individuals! Here is part 3 of my fitness journey that I started back in 2016. Since my last video I have had a pretty big transformation and I put on about 17 pounds of solid muscle mass while staying pretty lean and low in body fat.

Just to be clear, this video is not a “how to”. I’m not a personal trainer or health specialist. Everything in this video is simply what has been working for me and what I recommend to others.
