Ginger Water⁣
1 tsp Turmeric Powder⁣
1 tsp Ashwagandha Powder ⁣
1/2 tsp Ester C Vitamin C Powder ⁣

𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 has been known to help reduce coughing. It contains the enzyme bromelain which helps the lungs remove debris and detox naturally.⁣ ⁣

𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐰𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐚 helps reduce stress and anxiety. ⁣ ⁣

𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜 is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. ⁣ ⁣ I could add lime or lemon juice but didn’t want to make it too citrusy and have a Vitamin C overload.
