skin of 1 ripe pineapple
flesh of pineapples
1 1/2 cup of kiwis
1 large ripe mango
1 large or 2 starfruit
1 cup of chopped fresh ginger
half of honey crisps apple
half a cup of lemon juice
the lemon peels of 2 or 3 lemons
1 gallon 1/2 of spring water
