01:16:56 Atul Aggarwal: In order to keep the economy open, I think we need a national mass testing program, risk adjusted, but on average once a week including all asymptotic people. This will allow most public places to open to workers and customers so people feel safe. Do you agree it is viable to ramp up mass testing, by bring testing to the people, using point of care rapid testing kits.
