Steps By Step Process
1) ( AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP) Drink HOT lemon water 8AM
2) Eat/ Drink Low Calorie Breakfast
3) Take vitamins
4) Wait 30 minutes
5) Take a 2 mile walk
6) Do A 15-20 minute at home workout
7) Have a light lunch (1:30pm)
8)Have dinner (5-6pm)
DO NOT EAT AFTER 6PM
NB// DRINK LOTS OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
What I had for breakfast ( smoothie ingredients )
*1 Dragonfruit pulp pouch (you can purchase at whole foods)
*1 Banana
*Quater of a cup 100% apple juice
What I had for dinner ( Quesadilla Ingredients)
*1 Gluten free tortilla
*1 tablespoon shredded cheese
*1 handfuls green veggies (eg. lettuce mix )
*1 Teaspoon salsa
* 3-6 whole steam cooked shrimp
Lunch Ideas: Fruit salad, baby carrots and hummus, Chips and dip, açai bowl etc.
