A quick and refreshing celery juice which can help boost immunity with vitamin C, potassium, and high levels of vitamin K, Vitamin A, B-2 and B-6. It is a great source of phytonutrients which are chemicals with potent anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Mat help with skin issues, and may regulate gastrointestinal system.
Recipe:
* 2 bunches of celery washed ,cleaned and edges trimmed off
*2 green or red apples of your choice, cleaned and cut into 4
* 1/2 inch turmeric
*1 lemon peel off the skin
*2 inch ginger (optional)
I used a Breville Juice Fountain Juicing machine
This makes about 4, 1/2 cup servings. Drink one serving(half a cup of juice) per day and large amount of water per day
