It’s a bit of a rough video. We are very new at this and not too excited to be in front of a camera. But it’s us. 🙂
Here are some links from China doctors talking about clinical trials for the use of high dose vitamin C to fight the cytokine storm that is happening in the lungs of coronavirus patients:
Some links below that speak to the science behind the liposomal delivery system:
Below are the links to the items we used for our video.
— Ultrasonic Machine:
You don’t have to buy one with a beaker, you can pour the mixture directly into the stainless tub but this requires you to stir it every 3 minutes. You can buy a beaker that isn’t too thick and try to elevate it off the bottom of the tub. There are quite a few YouTube videos on it that can assist you in your research on how to do that.
— Vitamin C powders that we use or plan to use:
Again you can use whole food sources but it was too expensive for us at this time if you could afford it I would try to go that route. You can research recipes for camu camu and acerola cherry sources and get the right dosages.
–Sunflower Lecithin
— Stevia – I trust these guys as I know where they source it from and how clean they are when they extract it so this is the only stevia we trust. A little goes a long way!
The ingredients we used for the video:
— 3 cups water (we used distilled)
— 6 Tbsp. sunflower lecithin (I use NOW brand)
— 64g of Vitamin C powder – either ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate or a whole food source. 64g refers not to the weight of the powder, but to the amount of Vitamin C. So you will have some calculations if using whole foods and not a pure vitamin c source such as ascorbic acid.
— 3 Tbsp Rosehips
Here are a few other links to recipes on doing your own liposomal vitamin C.
