For these exercises, no equipment are required as you can do it anywhere at home or lawn. In this video, I take you through a super quick 200 Sec HIIT workout followed by 2 min deep breathing and 2 min KapalBhati Pranayama. HIIT- It’s going to be 4 exercises done for 20 seconds with a 5 second rest. You’ll repeat each exercises twice.
If you do these exercises regularly , it will increase your lung capacity and immunity which will further help to fight Covid-19 or other viruses or bacterial infections in future. So you just have to give 5 min of your daily time and you will feel the change.
