This video is about making a probiotic called kefir which we can drink or add to food each day. During the Covid-19 outbreak kefir can help boost the immune system. Drinking kefir every day creates ‘good bacteria’ in the gut which are then responsible for a large part of the immune system. Kefir is great added to smoothies or yoghurts for a morning pick-me-up.
