INGREDIENTS
100 grams figs (soaked)
50 grams almonds (1/2 dry & 1/2 soaked)
15 cashews (soaked)
15 Pistachios
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
4-5 dates (optional – soaked)
How to Make:
1. Make a paste of soaked figs & dates & cook it till it is free from water content
2. Dry roast almonds & chia seeds
3. Make paste of remaining almonds & cashews
4. make a dough of fig paste & roll it
5. make a dough of cashew paste, fill with pistachios & roll it
6. Fill cashew paste inside fig paste & roll it
7. Refrigerate for 2 hours & cut into pieces
